Reservations

Rates, Fees & Taxes:

All rates are for 2 guests per unit. The one time out cleaning fee is $45.00 for all suites and the Cottage State of Hawaii taxes totaling 13.5% will be added to all room rates.  The tax rate is 9.25% for the Transient Accommodations tax and 4.166% for the Hawaii General Excise Tax.

Discounts:

10% discount for active military personnel

Reservations & Deposits:

A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking if you prefer to pay by credit card.  If you are paying via check or money order, a 50% deposit needs to be received within seven days of the booking date in order to hold your reservation.  The balance is due upon your arrival.  To reserve a unit please give us a call Toll Free at (888) 786-3855 or fill out the Reservation Inquiry Form below and we will get back with you promptly.  Prior to your arrival date, we will send you a map and driving instructions to Kauai Banyan Inn.

Policies:

Kauai Banyan has a three night minimum, all units are NON-SMOKING and no children under 10 please.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand at times unforeseen circumstances arise and cause the need to cancel your travel plans.  We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of a necessary cancellation.  If you need to cancel your trip, we are able to refund your investment less a $50 processing fee, IF you cancel at least thirty days prior to your check in date.  As we are a small operation, and it is difficult to find a replacement reservation in a short amount of time, we cannot provide refunds if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date.  Thank you for your understanding.

Housekeeping:

The Ali`i Suite includes daily housekeeping and all other units are “refreshed” every other day.
