The one time cleaning
out fee is $45.00 for all suites and the Cottage
A one half deposit
needs to be received within seven days of the booking date in
order to hold, and the balance is due in cash or travelers check
upon arrival. State of Hawaii tax, occupancy and general excise
tax totaling 11.42% will be added to the room rates.
Cancellations must
be received at least 30 days prior to check in date to receive
a deposit refund, less $50. administrative fee .Suites will be
cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. ALL UNITS
ARE NON-SMOKING.
One half deposit needs to be received upon booking in order
to hold either
through visa, mastercard or check. The balance is due upon your
arrival
with a visa, mastercard, cash or travelers check upon arrival.
