Koa Suite Description:

The Koa Bed and Breakfast vacation rental Suite has custom Red Cedar vaulted ceilings, beautiful white oak floors, a comfortable Pillow Top King Bed and a sitting area and a private lanai with incredible mountain views.  There is a small dining area in the suite as well as a table and chairs on the lanai for enjoying the rural, peaceful ambiance.  This unit is situated closest to our resident Banyan Tree (after which our property was named) and is a wonderful spot if you enjoy bird watching.

 

Nightly Rate:  $130/ Night

Out Cleaning Fee:  $45.00 (One time fee)

No Smoking or children under 10 years of age

If the unit you are interested in is not available for your entire stay we do offer the option to move to other available units without incurring a separate cleaning fee.

Welcome Basket Upon Arrival

A welcome basket of fruit, fresh rolls, bagels or muffins, oatmeal packets, macadamia nut candy, Island jellies, popcorn, packets of Saimin based soup are provided upon arrival.  Butter, yogurt and cans of Island fruit juice are provided in the refrigerator.  Coffee, sugar, tea, dry and/or fresh creamer is restocked as needed.  If you wish to have items in the welcome basket stocked, please make that request during your stay.
